Ok, well the custom icons is a pack, called Token Icon Pack white, from DA, the folderband (the bar with organise etc etc on it) is removed by modification to Shell32.dll.

Could you explain to me how to to that modification aswell as how to remove the search bar and recent pages ?
I know it is really a lot to ask and i am sorry, but if it is possible please let me know where you got those Next/back arrows from

I'll give you a very quick rundown as i am late for a meeting with a client.
When i get the time, i'll upload the file to be replaced in SHell32.dll.
You will need some sort of .dll editor, such as reshacker or restorator (google them)
Search bar is removed by going to the install/uninstall page in control panel and in the left pane select turn windows features on or off, and down near the bottom removes indexing and windows search, and restart.
Back/forward buttons are a part of Sonye 2.0 on DA, just do a search.

Ok, i've uploaded the file for you, now grab your shell32.dll(in system32 folder), and make a backup, if you haven't already.
Open shell32 in your editing program (reshacker restorator etc etc) and find the folder called UIFile, and replace the file named '12' with the one ive uplooaded.
Now save the file as shell32.dll_mod
then in explorer, go to system32 folder, and you should now have shell32.dll and shell32.dll_mod.
Rename shell32.dll to shell32.dll_orig, and rename shell32.dll_mod to shell32.dll.
then restart your PC and you should now have no folderband.

Thanks for your patience and effort, i really appreciate it and i am sorry to say that i already removed the folderband. What i need to remove now is the recent pages arrow to the right of the next/back buttons

That is part of the back/forward buttons, just click where it used to be and the menu will pop up, it's just invisible

A custom theme was made with those Caption buttons as you would call them.
Theme is called Win7 Shine 2.0, and can be found here on DA
