(EDITED in September 2019) Looking back at my work 7 years ago, I could feel the EDGE. Oh well, cringey or not, it is part of my "history" so to speak. The following description to this particular piece written 7 years ago shall be left untouched. Enjoy the edge if you must.Drawn and painted in SAI Paint Tool. Featuring: Original Characters from my "free-manga":
*Erich Z. Immelmann(He's of noble descent and the main protagonist) - Based on Max Immelmann & Erich Hartmann He begins his role in the story as a rookie fighter pilot. Later to become something more than anyone or he even expected of himself...(and he's not a Nazi)
*Erika Paetsch Grislawski(The main female protagonist. I know that their first names are quite alike. Erika is German for Erica which was a flower's name. Her name was inspired by a marching song. NOT Strike Witches
) - Based on Ursula Paetsch (Hartmann's wife) & Alfred Grislawski (Hartmann's Instructor who yaps at him on the radio everytime they flew together... I thought I would gender-swap him into a her and give her a tsundere personality... It fits. She's German but there's a very long story of how she ends up wearing a Soviet Air Force uniform as there is also a very long story of how Erich ends up wearing a Reich Marshall's uniform and Mantle... (oh, and she's not a Nazi)*Adolf Schwieger- The secondary antagonist(Second from the Main antagonist). Based on Mr. Dolfie... You probably know who the hell it is... Although he looks like a psycopathic rapist in this picture, he is normally a kind old Dolfie, but just wait till he snaps.... *Rapeface mode activated* (His appearance is inspired by the "Fullmetal Alchemist's Hitler")
P.S. No political offense of all kinds and if you look carefully, the Swastika was REVERSED in order to abide to legal laws... bla bla bla. I just draw what I want... bla bla... please feel free to comment or criticize. And thank you for reading this lenghtly description.

Unfortunately, no. To be more precise, not yet. This was a (very old) visual conceptualization of an alternate universe WW2 story I thought up ages ago. This was drawn when I was 13 lol. However, I do plan to get this published as a proper manga shortly after I graduate from university next year. The reason it took so long was because my drawing skills needed massive improvements in order to create a professional manga out of this story. That, and I had to make tremendous amounts of corrections to the story to the point where you could call it a different story now. That was due to massive plot holes and copious amounts of edge and teenage angst 13 year-old me had put in the original version of course haha. Thanks for viewing anyway. Looking at this gives me so much nostalgia.

Good that you still have kept those same interests. I wonder what things those edgy things would've been, but yeah It kind of could have been a bit too much. I mostly viewed this because a german+anime styled group crossposted this a few days ago. I only joined this website in 2013 myself.

Pure epicness! I truly love the detail on the badges, pins and... well everything really. I'm just a sucker for amazing looking uniforms. I can talk allot about how amazing I find this but let me just summarize it in two words... F*CKING AMAZING!
