After long time and tons of "Fun" and non-serious "MtG" cards, after many days and weeks, its finally here.
Solid Custom Magic Card!
I know, another dragon you can say, but this time you will agree with flavor.
We know that dragons in MtG are expensive and strong flying creatures, but this Dragon Child is able to quiclky learn and gain strength, so it would be beneficial for you later.
Anyway, comment and dont be shy to show your opinion.

almost like a red whirling dervish but a little unbalanced. i think if it was something like successfully attacks or even deals damage to a player it would be better,

Sorry, this may be nit picking, but the flavor text ruins it for me... it says 'an' instead of 'a'.
But then again, that's just me.
Otherwise, the card's mechanics are great! It would make for a good card.
Oh... and maybe you could come up with a better name than Strengthening Dragon.

making names and (especially) flavors is hard, if you have really better idea, come with them.

"Waking Dragon"---It comes from the idea that exercise can both wake you up & strengthen you. Although, "Praticing Dragon" works to.
maybe, 'Awakened Dragon' could work

It's rare I say this about custom cards I see on here but I LOVE THIS! Definitely cool.
The only thing I personally would change is instead of, "Whenever CARDNAME attack, put a +1/+1 counter on it," I'd have it say, "Whenever CARDNAME deals combat damage to a player, put a +1/+1 counter on it." Just would help balance it.

Actually, that would just make it stormkirk noble with dragon instead of vampire and flying instead of cannot be blocked by humans.

Actually I was thinking more a 3 cost version of a slith ([link] ) but with flying. And actually come to think of it I'd start it at a 2/2...

Yeah, it actually fits where it sits as a rare, since it can't start swinging until turn 4 and dies to any 2/x flyer.

pretty nice, and certainly fast for a dragon. But he reminds me a lot of the Taurean Mauler, who does almost the same thing for 'free'.

wow. this needs to be a mythic rare - if it goes unfettered, the opponent's life takes a nosedive... three mana dragons are a ridiculously awesome idea, but that makes them really fucking powerful. just change the rarity symbol color to a mythic orange, and you'll be set!!

nah its fine as a rare. Rockslide Elemental can get way more out of control than this card (+1/+1 for every creature that dies) and it costs the same and is only an uncommon. this adds flying so rare is uncommon or rare is about right.

yeah Doom Blade, or Plummet easily takes this out, for just 2 examples.

this card can't be a mythic, its ability (or power) is not so strong/unique to deserve that. Look at "Knight Exemplar", that should be mythic, not this card.

I dunno... this three mana dragon can potentially spiral out of control if it keeps bashing the opponent, what with red's notoriety to grant haste, to burn other fliers (or any thing that moves for that matter), and even ramp red mana it's own special way (b/c let's face it: a turn two Strengthening Dragon thanks to Pyretic Ritual is a terror by itself), this card may as well be a mythic rare in those regards and more...
