Awww thank you so much, it was such an honor to do a collab with you, curse!

Story
It was already dark outside and the staff members had finished their daily work a few hours ago, while David - as always - was still sitting at his office desk, totally lost in a book about mythological creatures. Research about his shape shifter mare Catharsis hat been the centre of his interest in the last weeks. He has always been fascinated by the unicorn but never tried to bring light into the darkness of her origin until Mikaela Stefansdottir from Dark Lake Stables mentioned that there were similarities between his mare and the "fylgja", a creature of the northern mythology.
Totally absorbed in his thoughts, he startled up when the telephone rang. To his surprise, it was Theodor Ferrigno from RPS.

Lyo just returned from his trip in venice, totally inspired by the masks and fancy costumes he called David. He was all hyper and tried to talk slow but it obvisouly wasnt easy for him. "Ahoooy its Lyo from RPS, David?? is it you??"

Still miles away with his thoughts, David was swamped by Lyo's enthusiasm. "Good evening Lyo, why are you being so excited?"

Lyo felt almost immature compared to David who always sounded like some royal person. no. the queen's son himself. "eerrr..ahm sorry for the late disruption and..stuff. i ust had a GLORIOUS idea! do you remember the Masquerade Ball at DLS??"

David noticed Lyo's uncertainty and tried to sound a bit less formal. "Of course! How could I forget that." He laughed. "It was my first participation in a riding event as a stable owner. You had attended the show, too, if I remember rightly... didn't you ride your beautiful albino mare?"

Oh this gave him again the motivation! "Yeeeesyesyes!! her! and you know i thought it would be BEYOND amazingness if your sweetheart sparkling Unicorn Mare and my albino mare could compete at a Pas De Deux Together! I saw you and her where one of the best riding teams evvver! i knoow your not the competing-type but this would be more like ..aaa...a little show. you know.."

David laughed, he felt sympathy for the young man who always was so enthusiastic about his newest ideas. "Yeah, I believe they would look marvellous in a Pas de Deux together. They're both white and have some mystic appearence. And it would be a pleasure to ride with such an experienced and talented rider like you. But... you know, I prefer not to appear in public, if not necessary." He wasn't really convinced by Lyos newest plan

Lyo stroke his hair out of his face and tried to think of some good reason to actually make this pas de deux xD "ehm. is this some kind of...marketing stuff from elbdale that your beehiind those noble fences of Elbdale...ooor you don't like the audience...ooor...something? Because your unicorn deserves some attention thats for sure xD"

For a short moment, David considered to beomce angry about Lyos allegations, but then a wide smile appeared on his face. In some way, Lyo was right. He didn't really have a reason to stay at Elbdale all the time. No seriousreason. It was nothing but his personal aversion against any form of publicity.
He really didn't know how Lyo always managed to persuade him to do things he normally would avoid like the plague. Maybe it was his recklessness.
He uttered a sigh, and while he spoke it out, he already regretted his decision. "Oooookay. You got me. Catharsis should get the opportunity to show everyone how amazing she is."

"theheh She is suuch a crown jewel indeed! we could wear a mask so one one can see its you, is that okay ?" he laughed slightly and got suddenly a completely serious voice. "well. actually. we both need to wear masks because my mare doesnt accepts humans without a mask." he had to think for a moment "so i really have your -yes-?"

David smiled, Lyo was so anxious for him feeling comfortable. "Lyo, the main problem is not that I don't want to show my face in public... I'm not a wanted criminal who needs to hide his face in public! But you're right, it might look better if we both wear a mask. What do you think about a complete venecian costume? It yould go perfectly with your albino mare. And, yes, that's a firm promise."

"now that was the last thing i'd think of you xD...criminal..PPFFFFF... you have more the flair of moses himself. he was the one who walked through water right xDDD so just goo with your mare and imagine the audience is the water you cross and they just stare at you like...like the fish in the water, i mean i BET moses saw the fish in the water. ANYWAYS thats an AWESOME idea with the venecian costume!! imma organize that nooo worries. wow. this will look eeepic. So leave the costume job to me, and i leave the music job to you. seeee you at the training " He made the slight appearance to be drunk but his clear way to speak proved he was not.
"Alright, I'll see if I can sind yome suitable music. The rest is up to you. I'll call you tomorrow to fix a date for the training. Good night!"
David shook his head. Mose himself! He wondered what kind of special rum it was the RPS crew obviously drank all day long...

... and this is how it came that David participated in a show a second time it's Lyo's merit
