Description
A friend of mine asked me to design a Fake Fire/psychic type legendary for him (Like Mew,celebi,etc).He gave me a description on how it should look,and I did it.Im proud of it.
He asked me to make it look sad/angryIt has a fire-made crown,by the way
EDIT:Fixed some stuff.
EDIT 2: Some people stated that it looks like a firey kappa.Wow! u re right! never noticed it
So that gives this little guy an extra point in the legendary department,right?

A great candidate for the fifth Gen cute legendary. It'd fit right in with Mew, Celebi, Jirachi and Manaphy. The only difference is, they all look more feminine. I had to look up what a Kappa is, but it does look a lot like them! You could call it.... Kapurn
