It really crank up the creative juices. Most had one of the standard set of digital cameras. One man had a big wide format camera. That was pretty cool. It was nice to see how the different photographers viewed and shot the same scenes, flowers, ornaments and what not. I would prefer to always go on photoshoots with another photographer. Lots of brainstorming, teaching each other, and idea sharing goes on.

I've actually tried to join two with no success. The first group kind of broke up and stopped doing things. The second club told me I was too old to be a member.

lol too old to be a member? How ridiculous. Since when does age have any bearing on your ability to do photography?
That's just pathetic! You know, maybe you could organise your own club, there must be lots of people like yourself who want a chance to do some photography and meet some like minded people.

They said people my age weren't fun. Sadly, I generally agree with them. I hate hanging around people my age, they aren't much fun. They tend to be way to serious about themselves, religion, politics, and life in general.
