Mustafar StormTroopers as seen in the concept art for Secrets of The Empire. This one looks visually identical to the Lava Stormtrooper though instead they are not equipped with respiration tubes but are overall similar in design, Mustafar Stormtroopers of course have a pauldron decorated with an Imperial emblem.
