color tool: poster color....woo...take quite a long time to finish it~!
hohoh.....actually i keep this sketch very long time already....(last year)
yup i very cherish it and decided to color it...so i ask my young sis....." muu...wanna color by painter/photoshop or by hand?"
"by hand!" my young sis answer me......T.T <-- my face( wanna cry...)
WHY??????i hate it!!!!i may take long time if i do coloring BY HAND!!!!!!!!i ..i really scare do coloring by hand....cos i cannot "undo" and don't have a undo buttom when i did the wrong painting!!!!
yup...this time i really color it all by my hand, my fav poster color.

Wow, I really like how you combined a new-school "cartoon" with more traditional Asian styles, it makes for a very bold piece. Great composition, too.

I love this! The facial expression and just her in general is very good. I love the fact that you did this by hand and it must've taken forever!! (I think my face would've looked the same too. lol)
The only thing is probably the hands. I think they look a little off because they are pointed towards the ends instead of rounded.
But overall I really like this! ^-^

The constructive critique you wanted:
First off I want to say that I like this piece and your other piece. This has a nice traditional feel to it which I like a lot. Your composition is well done with the focus being the hands and her face. Also the contrast of hard and soft color work gives a real nice feel. The dress design is pretty cool, did you make this design up your self? The only thing that I could see that you could use some work on for this type of work is the hands. I suggest drawing your own hands in different positions. I do it from time to time and a digital camera helps out big time.

i got my own camera function handphone for took the pic to refer, so, don't worry about it!

all the coloring work for this picture is done by poster color,
it is a cool color tool, my fav!
the dress is original design by me,no very special, i just thinks she may suitable for it only, i very love the pattern for the dress!!!!cos all painting by my hand!!!!
