The proportion of the crocodile seems right. Hmmm.. I believe your shadows could use some work... mainly underneath the since the i assume the light source is somewhere above. Also Bring out the eyes more, they could be more life like since it looks a little flat there. Add more roundness to the drawing and you could have yourself a great looking crocodile. Love how you handled the teeth and the mouth, it's my favorite part of it. Shame the background looks like its been rushed through.
