Description I gently placed my thoroughly conquered Bat-pet in the large, comfortable reclining chair and checked that her cuffs were still secure...just in case.

"Wh....what is this thing?" she asked in a near whisper, staring up at the large monitor just in front of her face.

"Shhh! All in good time," I replied. "Just lay back and get comfortable."

She nodded obediently.

If she'd tried to escape when she first got uncuffed, she might have made it. Now she's really in trouble.

I did have her pretty heavily drugged, and by then I think she really didn't want to escape all that much anymore, anyway.

A superhero should always be focused on escape and victory. I mean, the way you tell it, it's like she wanted to get caught and...oh, wait, now I get it.
