Overview card for the USS Darnell, a variant of a TOS style Constellation class starship seen in Star Trek The next Generation.
The Darnell is the Fanship of the german Star Trek Fangroup "Star Trek Tafelrunde" (Round Table) a monthly meeting of different Star Trek groups in Berlin, Potsdam and Brandenburg. The USS Darnell was named after Hermann Darnell, the very first Star Trek casualty, the first character to die on-screen, and the first to be pronounced dead on-screen by Dr. McCoy in the Episode "The Man Trap".
