Description
A little bit of Ultimate Quicksilver, some New 52 Flash and your typical cycling gear = Fili-Second; the fastest filly in Maretropolis!!!
The second in my Power Ponies collection, this time a bit closer to the shows original design canon.

I thought Pinkie's suit was the best, out of the main six, in episode. And the power of super speed fit her perfectly.
