Shall we dance? He may prove a demanding partner...I have created a few pieces with this character and outfit behind the scenes, but now felt like the time to rework them and actually share something. With such a lean figure, it made sense for him to be an elf (Aeldari to be specific). The fabric of this outfit is quite thick, so he is even smaller underneath it! The pose is not one you would see a human swordsman in, but for this fellow it is part of a salute to an opponent ahead of engagement.

My sense of height relation tells me that I would reach up to his hip, not one bit higher, as would most of the characters I create. Short people are underrepresented with 3d

Heheh. You are not wrongβI think this fellow is well over six feet before we add the heels in. I am glad you create shorter characters. I try to have a variety in RPGs, but most of the characters I render are on the taller side.

I like that silver haired one, I think that was Valdis. He's got that something
In the beginning I didn't even do it conciously making them shorter, but after some time I noticed that it felt more fitting, probably I can better think myself into their position. Well the occasional tall character is still in there as well.

If I was allowed one comment, it is that the feet look too static / symmetricΒ for such a superbly dynamic pose. But that is a very minor nitpick, the overall effect is awesome!
