Description I wore my Civil War ball gown to a fashion review at my local fair in 2010. Since the scenery fit the costume so well,my sister and I had a mini photo shoot before heading home. This is my favorite picture from the series.

I edited the photo slightly in Gimp by adding a couple filters to give the photo a slightly aged feel.

Thank you! ^_^ It's so much fun to wear but the hoop skirt makes walking and sitting a pain. It's worth it though. Plus it's fun to see what people use to wear. I still have a bit more to make to complete the entire outfit, but I love this costume a lot!!!
