Description I apologize to the many great artists here who put my artworks to their favourites in the past weeks, but I haven't thanked them properly yet I am late with my replies, sorry for that. After going for a holiday I was offline for two weeks, but now I am back

I dedicate this Sleepless Snape to especially the following artists who collected number of my artworks recently but I could not thank them piece by piece!

When I looked at it as the small thumb it emediatly made my think about snape, so you did very well on that as well.

hú, nagyon jók a színek meg az egész árnyékolás, tényleg az egésznek olyan álmatlan, nyomasztó hangulata van. Viszont a bal szeme vhogy furának tűnik, talán mintha túl közel lenne az orrhoz.

I'm like - I very rarely like AR-Snapes. I appreciate his play in the movies, but he's just not enough physically snapey in my obsessed eyes. You know - he's unfortunately too old for a character in his thirties, nose is wrong, hair is too short, and he isn't enough skinny. However this is true that more canon Snapes are all very different according to the fanarts.

But I like in Rickman his eyes and eyebrows. They are expressive and I can see it here. You're good at painting eyes and you're very talented with colors. And, omg, the lines and the expression are really well-done. I'm honoured for the dedication and I hope you know I am really glad you post your works on DA.

you are welcome Honestly I pictured Snape differently before I have seen the first AR-Snape in the cinema - much more like Adrian Brody, but I found Rickman so great in this role that he changed my fantasy-figure of Snape, though on my paintings I try to show my own Snape (yes, I cannot deny the impact of Rickman ). It is also very useful that I gave up looking at an AR photo as a reference picture...

Adrien is certanly closer to my actual image of Snape,specially his amazing body, I just adore it!!!!... even if Adrien has a soft look in his eyes, sad almost... and the man has got a nose!!! Adrien is for me!

yes, I think the crossed shading is a technique that can reflect the harsh personality of Snape, too, but usually I am not brave enough to use it

You know, I have to confess that I don't care for depictions of Snape influenced by the actor. But while I can see traces of AR here, your work transcends that, and is too compelling to pass by. Just superb work here

Thanks I try to work on a "Snape of my own" with more or less success - depends on how many AR movies I have seen recently, I cannot deny his influence on me

Én pihentetem ezt a technikát, a másik ink wash ké.pednél írtam, h mi lett belőle, mikor megpróbáltam

Már már ördögi a tekintete. A hátterek is olyan jók mindkettőnél! Az utóbbinál a vörös még sötétebbé teszi az érzést, ha ránézek, a fájdalmat a fáradságot.

Láttad? Kirakták a Tonksos ké.pem, ott az ikonom a tied alatt, a 30.
