o_o This happened today after class and is the reason why I shouldn't be allowed to be happy. >_>
I don't usually like squirrels either ._.

Last month while driving to work, there was a mourning dove in the middle the road. A car goes past, it spooks and tried to fly away. At the last second it does a 180 and collides into the windshield of my Β car.

I was just walking down the street and a GMC comes driving along into a flock of birds, only one was hit and it landed at my feet. I felt bad for the poor thing, it was just slightly too slow.Β

allmost happened with me and a dog, but I was hyper that day and decided to jump in front of the dog, we all lived.

Poor little one 
On a brighter note: I believe the losses from roadkills will be lower and lower each yer. The animals are more and more accustomed to city life. In our city (if you can call Prague a "city"), I see lots of cats passing the road, and they are pretty comfortably avoiding cars. They know the ropes; I would not be surprised if they already know to read the semaphores. And squirrels are also pretty clever.

This reminded me of something which happened to me a few years ago too ;_;
I was in class, and everybody was watching two cute squirrels. Teacher got annoyed but no one cared ofc. xD Then they crossed the road ._. Everybody was watching and was like D'aww, they are leaving
Bam car. The head flew into the sky about 2meters xD And everybody was silent and laughed afterwards xD
It was kind of sad tho :C

On the way to work, at a festival.. where i work as a happy fairy.... with children. WE ran over a squirrel. We tried not to... we swerved... but it wanted to die, it jumped for the tires.... :C that was a sad morning.

oh man my college campus has tons of bikers and tons of squirrels so this is not a rare occurence. I almost ran over a squirrel a couple times already D=

Oh god. D: Poor squirrel. I was riding my bike home from a friends house once, a squirrel was crossing the sidewalk I was on, I slowed down to let it go across, it somehow HAD A LAPSE IN THOUGHT, I tried to hit the brakes, and ended up running over its hip. DDD: It ran off right after though. I still feel bad for the poor thing, yet somehow I don't because I hit the brakes for the darn thing for it to have a derp moment.

I was looking at a lil black squirrel and thought how cute it was but it was on the other side of the sidewalk and and it started run to me but there where 2 cars coming by and i yelled to the lil black squirrel "DONT RUN ON THE ROAD YOU STUPID $%@#ING SQUIRREL" then it dodged them and was relieved
