Description
John Garrick Jr. is the oldest of the two sons of John Garrick as well as the oldest grandchild of Jay and Joan Garrick. Like his father and grandfather he has chosen to use his speed powers against injustice and has chosen to use the Johnny Quick identity created by his father.

John Jr. is a founding & senior member of the current incarnation of the Legion of Superheroes which was reactivated by original founding member & team leader the Scarlet Sentinel when it was learned that the Ultra Humanite was still alive and continuing his attempts to world conquest.

When not involved in Legion missions, Johnny Quick makes his home and fights crime as a hero in Seattle, where he has found himself pitted against the heirs of two of his grandfather's old enemies : Glacier, the son of the ice powered villain, Icicle and the third incarnation of the Ragdoll, granddaughter to the original Golden Age villain.
