Description
In this Elseworld Universe he is Troy Duncan a metahuman with hyper-sonic vocal abilities who is revealed to be descendant from the combined bloodline of Malcolm Duncan and Karen Beecher the Teen Titans known as Vox and Bumblebee. His hyper-sonic abilities combine the dimensional portal opening abilities of Vox with the vibrational shock powers of Bumblebee.

Tyroc is one of the group of Legion members to join the team when they needed to expand their ranks in order to face the threats of the Khund Empire and the resurrection of Mordru. Troy Duncan serves as one of the Legion’s in house machinesmith and mechanic along side Brainiac Five responsible for creating and maintaining most of the Legion’s more practical tech and equipment as well as helping to maintain some of the more hyper advance tech created by Brainiac Five.

Troy maintains a flirtatious relationship (for now) with Salu Digby/Micra and developed a close friendship with Val Armorr/ Iron Shiva.
