Dr. Franklin Hall in this Alternate Marvel Universe remains more or less the same as in normal comics continuity.

Hall was a scientist working at a private scientific research facility located in the Canadian Rockies attempting to develop a practical teleportation device. While in the process of aligning the experimental device’s components in order to induce teleportation, Hall accidentally caused an overload in the power capacity of the device resulting in an explosion that fused his molecular structure with sub atomic graviton particles generated from a neighboring lab that housed particle accelerators. After surviving and recovering from the explosion, Hall discovered that he could now mentally control gravity.

Already an overly arrogant and ambitious man, Hall designs and constructs a unique uniform that will allow him to fully access and manipulate his newly gained ability and proclaims himself a modern god. Now calling himself Graviton, he took over the research center using his gravity abilities to lift it several thousands of feet into the sky to be his castle/seat of power. He held the research staff as hostages to serve as his castle subjects. Alerted to Hall’s actions, the Avengers attempt to rescue the members of the research center as well as safely return it to the ground before it could be used as a weapon by Hall upon the populace. In the confrontation with the Avengers, Graviton unleashed a massive amount of power that caused the matter of the entire research facility to collapse inward around him, resulting in his seeming death.

However it was revealed sometime latter that he had in fact survived as the matter of the research center had infused with his body transforming him into a sixty foot tall being with a powerful gravitational field. Once again the Avengers found themselves countering the new threat that Graviton presented in this new gigantic form. Eventually through the combine technical knowledge of Iron Man and Black Panther a device was hastily constructed that was able to separate his organic atoms from that of the facility matter he had merged with ending his latest threat. Hall was rendered unconscious during the process of matter separation allowing for his capture and current imprisonment within the Raft Superhuman Prison Facility, locked away in a special containment cell that nullifies his gravity abilities.

Graviton has the ability to control gravitation. He can increase and decrease gravity of an unlimited number of objects at the same time, even if distracted. He can control gravity around objects of any mass, even particles of energy and objects slightly out of phase with reality. He can control gravity enough to hold down beings as powerful as Thor, Wonder Man and the Vision. He is also able to generate gravitic force bolts and force fields.
