I'm willing to bet most people think that's a nuclear power plant because of the hyberboiloid cooling towers. Of course coal power plants can use them all the same.

Yeah these types of cooling towers are generally very expensive. Usually built if the plant has extra funding and such, granted nuclear power plants and coal power plants operate in the same manner, just a different source of heat.
