Hello dear and as you know I am from and I am here to provide you with the critique that you have requested. Thank you so much dear for waiting patiently and remember all critiques are subjective and I will try to be 100% honest and respectful.

Okay to start this piece like many of your other artworks looks very beautiful. The way you drew the subject is very well done. The proportions and the anatomy all look correct and nothing seems to be out of place or off balance. You have a good amount of details especially within the fabrics and their creases and folds looks very life like and natural. There seems to be no issues as far as drawing that I can see.

Furthermore, the composition looks very classy, tasteful and just all around lovely. I really do love the way you used shadow and light in this art piece. I also love how you have used it to lead the viewers eyes and strengthen the focal point which is her face. I really love how the values are very well balanced. One area of the piece such as the fabric is dark but then you balance it by having the other half in light and showing the details of the garment. I love how the light plays off of her face and hair. The contrast between values really, really, and I mean really add power to this artwork. Just the way her left hand and arm come out of the darkness and I love the way the other right hand sort of fades out on the bottom: both add such balance and a beautiful asymmetry to this piece. I really believe that if you would of made this piece lighter and not such high contrast with the lighting that it would of lost some of its luster. The lighting is the most powerful aspect of this piece in my opinion.

As usual I adore your use of colors. I love the choice of a soft color palette and I love the very earthy and natural tones. The red hair really draws my eyes immediately to the face. The green looks amazing. Green is often a color that many artist complain about because the wrong green can throw off any piece but this does not happen with yours. The green you have chosen is very rich and yet soft and natural and it balances out the really rich red tone of the hair. I also love how you switched to a more intense bright green for the eyes and this works very well. The skin having a soft and pastel look to it compliments the richness of the green and red and offers balance so the colors don't overwhelm the piece. And your neutral background is very soothing to the eyes. So basically your color scheme looks fantastic! Also a small note I adore the lips: the color, and the value. The lips are my favorite element in this piece!

This piece looks gorgeous but I do have one small suggestion. My suggestion is nothing that deals with improving on the piece but I say keep playing with textures with hair and fabric because they are working wonders for your art. Many times textures are hard to convey in traditional piece but you don't seem to have much of an issue so keep up with the textures.

This piece looks beautiful, classic and it is such a reminiscent of the old masters works. I love love it so please keep up the great art!
