Here's a steampunk themed villain I had to think about whether he'd have the mask he has now, or have a mask resembling the 19th century plague doctor mask people like to give the steampunk treatment, Obviously I chose the simpler option. Don't know when I'll start his bio so for now, enjoy.

Name: Isaac Chester

Villain name: The clockwork surgeon

Other names: The consultant villain, The man from another world, Clockwork Doctor

Height: 6'7

Weight: 202lbs

Personality: Isaac comes across to people in a number of different ways, cunning, calm and collected with a kind of charm to him, the next minute he'd become a raging monster in human form. Keeping everyone around him in the dark of their place in his mind, fearful of the smallest step out of line or a single mistake could be their last.

Backstory:

Isaac was born as a sickly child, spending most his early life confined to four walls of his room of the famous Hospital with the sole purpose was to secretly experiment of patients of all kinds of background, whether and unable to make to make physical contact with other people. Forced to endure uncomfortable treatments that made him feel worse than they started, the only comfort he got was reading books about characters in a steampunk themed world with sketches of the characters placed randomly throughout the book. One on particular stood out the most, a well respected inventor by day, and a lawless thief by night.

Isaac fate would become fixed the day the head doctor developed an unknown and untested serum that would not only cure him of his degenerative condition, but elevate him to ''human perfection''. The experiment was extremely painful and slowly made his muscles grow, yet turned his skin sickly grey like a zombie, ultimately classing him as a failure.

Months passed and Isaac had spent that time in isolation awaiting to be ''disposed'' with only specialised breathing mask with a tank to ease the breathing problems he received, harnessing his hatred for the unfortunate doctors who he swiftly killed and lead a rampage throughout the facility with the other failed experiments and getting revenge on the doctor who hurt him for so long.

In his moment of triumph, Isaac saw the TV was playing on the news, the reporter talking over footage of a villain and their lackies being taken in after humiliating defeat by a group of superheroes and remembered his books of the inventor/thief he read about and made a decision to become, not just a supervillain, but the most feared supervillain the world had ever seen, made easier by all the instruments and test subjects he'd need to start.

Equipment:

- Leather mask: Isaac's mask is specifically designed to help him breathe air smoothly and allow him to speak clearly.

- steampunk/Clockwork themed gadgetry: Isaac invents weapons and gadgets themed in a steampunk style as his original universe was, his main inventory includes, cog shaped throwing stars, short swords that can fold smaller, different types of bombs for specific purposes etc.

Abilities:

- Genius level intellect: Isaac has an extremely high IQ that leaves most people five steps behind his thought processes and noticing things long before anyone else does, allowing him to deduce scenarios and plan on the spot fore those outcomes.

- Advanced medical intuition: Isaac acquired extensive knowledge on medical related cures, poisons, surgical tools and the human anatomy.

- Adept martial artist: Isaac learned a variety of fighting styles in hand to hand combat and using weaponry which mainly consists with disorienting acrobatic movements, precise strikes on a target, wearing them down before the killing blow.

- Advanced inventing: Along medical prowess, Isaac can create advanced gadgets for his arsenal, even combining this gift along with his knowledge with anatomy to create steampunk cyborgs with different enhancements and skills.

Powers:

- Alpha virus physiology: The Alpha virus is a man made product that grants humans more control over their bodies with the side effect of hideous transformations, increasing their intelligence, speed, strength, dexterity, durability to just above physical human peak unobtainable through training alone.

- Enhanced strength: Isaac can lift just under 800lbs with minimal effort, able to come across as superhuman by throwing fully grown men like they weighed nothing.

- Enhanced speed: Isaac can run roughly 40MPH in a full powered sprint.

- Enhanced reflexes: Isaac can dodge several bullets before being overwhelmed and is able to notice sneak attacks before they hit him.

- Enhanced Agility: Isaac can move from one motion to another flawlessly, useful for traversing around complex environments.

- Enhanced Durability: Isaac's body is slightly more denser than the average human, yet still as heavy as his weight is, he sustains minor injuries from shot guns and grenade explosions that heal up relatively quickly, leaving no signs of scaring afterward.

Healing factor: Isaac possesses a healing factor which depends on the severity of the injury he receives, large= slower, minor= fast.

Weaknesses:

painful Breathing: his biggest problem that came along with his enhanced condition, is the side effect of damaged lungs, though they appear perfectly healthy, he feels suffocated and intense pain without his specially designed mask, giving the upper hand to is opponents.
