Description
Special thanks to my friend for helping me figure out what new markings Ravage should have.A new look for Ravage as I want to do something with the character finally. I've got a comic strip idea in the back of my head with him included and I've been spiffying him and other characters up. The other dog there is Scorn, Ravage's malcontent brother. They don't get along.

I knew a dog (in real life) that looked just like this! I worked at a shelter and helped to train him (he was a trouble maker). Whenever anyone asked me what kind of dog he was, my only guess was that he sorta looked like a mix between an American Staffordshire Terrier and a Whippet. Sorry I just think that's too funny, and couldn't resist commenting. Here is a picture of him, in case you were interested. [link]

He looks very, very similar. And the funky thing is, you're not too off about Ravage's mix either. He's a pitXgreyhound, that's like one step away from staffyXwhippet

For some reason I think Ravage and Piker would really get along ... though I see Ravage as the brains of the outfit. "Hey, can you unlock that electrified gate?"

Haha, lol! Actually one of Ravage's best friends is a Bloodhound-Rottie mix (though with a good deal more sense than Ravage).

Because he associates with a loud mouth brother who's his only source of food and security. He'd much rather have his independence, but he hasn't the muscle to make it on the streets with so many aggressive stray dog packs running about.

I've been sort of working on it since I was 12, or before really. The characters pieced themselves together over the years.

I like the new markings, too. He seems to have a lot more personality with them. Plus, he did look like a lab earlier, but that's definitely fixed solved now.

His personality is a bit similar (that is one of my favorite movies) in that he's not very empathetic, but I could never see him falling for a little girl or redeeming himself in any way. Also, this style does owe something to Bluth.

Awesome, i always forget you have a dog character! Nice simple design and colors, he seems pretty badass, by the look of things!
Love the sketches, too, i realized the other day that i lost the talent for drawing on paper, very sad!

Hey, if you can draw on the computer, you can draw on paper. Just put on some nice music and mess around with different media. I like drawing with big chunky markers myself.

Pit/lab/greyhound? They got some sweet expressions. Out of curiosity, if I were to ask about a colored sketch like the top one there of Ravange, how much would it cost? I'm not sure if it would count as one of your quickies or whatnot.
