The way in which you have used the flow of the land to divide you're picture neatly into two sections with completely different characteristics flows really nicely. You have nice definition in those fluffy clouds dotting the sky, and a lovely hue of blue behind them. The further division of the picture, using the fence bang on a third of the way up is a great tough, It separated the flat nicely from both the hill, and the sky. You have a wonderfully boulder strewn foreground here, with that pond, I think you may nave been able to use this to better effect, But that's just in how you see the view as part of the landscape. The scree slope stands out really well on that hill also. Your picture also seems to contain a quite limited number of colours which is great, the eye doesn't get distracted from the lovely scenery.
