You need to work on poportions. The body is way to big for that head/the head is too small for the body.

Well, I suck at clothing and legs but I'll try to help, Where exactly is the light coming from?

Judging by the color/material of the skirt and the position of her legs, it should have few wrinkles/folds. [link]

The light is coming from the upper left of the viewer.

The material is supposed to be kind of rubbery/shiny leather-like. Just something to give her more pop.
