Great, absolutely great... the pose, the perspective..! 
The only thing I can find flaws in is the background. You could re-fine it a little bit more and give it more light/dark shading. It's a bit too blurred compared to Snape, I think.
Uff, I'm one to talk, my backgrounds are either boring or not there at all...
