It’ll show up in a collage, but i wanted it to have its own spotlight.
Took this picture at the end of last Summer.

When i was a kid, i caught almost every butterfly i saw, but could never seem to get a monarch; it was too elusive.
I of course, no longer catch any butterflies, but i am grateful that i never caught a monarch.
They’ve always been my favorite for more than one reason, and here i was just honored to be in one’s presence for so long as it ate.

I hope this one is in Mexico, absorbing the sun and the warmth with its millions of brethren.
