Yes, you are correct as far as the legality of it (I never tried counting cards so I wouldn't know how hard it is.) But I just basically took the exact script from the scene in the Hangover and modified just a few words.

Derpy with those glasses for some reason reminds me more of Jonny Depp's character from Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas more than from what's his face from The Hangover. You should totally do that "Bat Country" scene from Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas! You already have all of the art assets!

Actually, if you look at the Map of Equestria [link] you'll see that it's "Los Pegasus" as in "Los Angeles."
I originally had the sign saying Las Pegasus, but a friend of mine told me to change it due to that fact, so it became Las Pegas.
