Page... 20-21 of Fallout Issue 1. The coloring on this is simple, and yes, it's supposed to be annoying to look at - Halcyon gets all hot white and glowy when she's pissed off.Photoshop 7.
Sorry if this picture is a bit of an anticlimax o__o Anyway, the title comes from a lyric in a song in Eight Crazy Nights. I have mixed feelings about that movie, but Technical Foul is like the funniest song evar.

if your really trying from an insane rage shrinking the pupil helps the effect, the composition is great and the blyr filter is used to great effect

Looks great to me, simplicity doesn't always equal crap ya know. I really like the detail on the feathers, and that zoom effect was a really nice touch. Adds some motion into it. ^_^ Me like, me like!

Man... I love the red background. Looks very nice under cute lil' white Hal. Really brings out the emotion of the image. This also reminds me of Atomsk from FLCL with the wings and the red and the glowing. Which also makes this one kickass! Keep up the great work, Mr. Matt Page, sir! ;3

This looks very good, the blur effects gives off that charged up powers in the character, the whiteness and redness mixed in with the charge, as if the power is taking ligh and color in before releasing a massive attack. Very nice.

Yopur last few have really caught my eye. They make you want to read the description and figure out every little detail of the picture. The colors may be dull but the collors against the other colors are really what kame it seem vibrant and vivid. The detail makes the eye go from place to place seeing every shape. The way that you have halcyon just white makes you notice it in the first place. You always have great expresions and I highly Respect your work. I commend your work and your ideas.

hehe, glowing when mad. Thats a pretty neat idea. You know.. i wanted to try and make a really instereting wall paper out of some pictures of Hal, but eh, im not good enough at that. Maybe make a LJ layout or something... but im not good at that eather :laugh:
Anywho. So many people tell you that you are talented.. so i yeah. I like the pose, and the wings are great. The blurry effect is great as well. The perspective(sp?) is really wonderful as well. How it looks like the wing, and her hand and legs, and almost jumping out at you. Thats hard to do. :claps: Another great piece from Matt ^-^
