I made this last summer (2005) for my twin sister's birthday. She's a tiny phoenix.
I made her using a wire frame, building up certain areas (like the head) with paper clay. Then I covered her with feathers. The feet are leather wrapped wire. The eyes are tiny green glass spheres.Chisparita ~ Spanish for 'little spark.'
