Lisa was a Private Eye who would help anyone. Even help the police at times. One day Lisa was Staking out a black arms deal until she was discovered. The criminals refuse to be found out so they kidnapped her and hung her over a tank of genetically altered liquid nitrogen. After she was dumped in instead of freezing her to death the chemicals were absorbed into her body and turned her skin bright blue. She soon discovered she was able to generate ice. She used her new powers to fight crime. She then adopted the name Madam Ice.
