and has won 57 gold metals. One day he was jumped by a mugger. There was a struggle and he bumped into a loose wire and was electrocuted. But instead of killing him the world moved slow.
He soon discovered he had super speed. He decided to use his power for good and retired from the Olympics. He created a name from his Nickname he got from his fans while running in the Olympics. Dart Speed.
