I can see what you mean about the eyes. I think they're too close, or it's because of the nose, but thanks for telling me. 
I actually drew this before the second came out. I thought Shion looked cute in the third one, but those clothes...

I liked the xenosaga 1 gameplay best, it was actually pretty fun, compared to some similar games. ^^ have any pics of Ziggy?

I think something might've been screwed up. Either bad translation, or just a bad script. It's a shame they didn't put as much effort into the second one as they did with the first and third episodes; we could be waiting for the fourth episode if they did!

I really like how you did the clothes and hair in this. The face looks a little strange, but I think that's just because you were drawing it from a videogame character to begin with, so don't worry about it. Your shading is really nice though. Nice job

yeah the picture it's originally from had some things that were hard to pick out, but I did make some horrible mistakes. I mostly notice that the ear is too far away from the face, the crappy thing is that I did that last, and noticed it when I finished. But anyway, thanks for the comment!

Wow, another amazing piece in your gallery. Yes, cotton swabs are very good for smoothing out shadings! 
I especially love the lighting placed onto the subject. The darkness of the backrounds enhances the focus on the subject. Great job!

She seems a little flat in the chest and the face and hands. Her chin a little too pointy. You could have drawn a few more lines on her face to show realism and depth. Aside from that her skin looks nice and smooth and she definatly looks foreign...asian I want to say.
I do see why people like it thou its finished! Background and frame and all very nice and alot of people on here dont submitt finished art so that make it all the more impressive.
It almost looks as if it were done all on the computer aside from the pencil textures.

Hey cool, thanks for faving it! Yeah it was done with a .5 mechanical pencil. I used a q-tip (or a cotton swab?) and kleenex to smooth it out.

1) the mouth looks a bit weird, maybe its cuz of the ends... oh well
2) The ear looks a bit rushed, but still, overall it looks awesome.
