Funny thing is that was unintentional for Scarlet Gravity to be similar to one of my Favorite Heroine Duster. at first she had a Dress and after made a diferrent type of outfit that i decided to do a mix of both and the finish version is what i have now

yea also i wanted Scarlet to show some skin, and she needed her signature Tie. any Costume Scarlet wears needs her tie
