Wow, very beautiful! On the show, Fry always has such a hard time expressing his love for Leela in a comprehensive and appropriate way, always saying the wrong thing or not saying anything at all...This is a picture that truly seems to express a more serious point in his emotions. The art is beautiful and I actually like the way Fry is realistic and Leela is still cartoony, as if to show that Fry is a simple man with simple thoughts, but can still be really thoughtful.

Yep, they be fireflies. This drawing was made before the airing of the episode "The Sting" where Leela was attacked by giant space bees and Fry was killed.
