For the time being I am putting this in my favorites and here's why.
The position of next in line for Triton has some controversy. At first it looked like Aquata was going to be the ruler in training, but a few years ago, Disney changed it to Attina. How are we going to decide? Then it came to me, an election. Since this is an election year, I can draw Attina and Aquata in a Queenly debate.

I like that idea.Β Aquata should be the eldest, and is in other media besides the movies.Β You could argue that they list their names in a musically appropriate sequence, sure, but the lyrics of the song say Triton named them "so" - meaning in order - et cetera.Β Aquata has been declared the next in line in comics, in books, in the TV series, and just about everywhere else until TLM three came out and they updated the order on every page to further the mistake that the story writer made in ignoring all the other established media.Β Attina doesn't have to be the "leader" when she can be a quiet bookworm - the only time she's ever played the "oldest sister" card is in TLM 3.
(I realize you came up with this idea in 2012, but I see it being pretty relevant nowadays, especially given the political climate.)

It's a good thing you drew all of them because upon further reading, it seems that Aquata was robbed in that 2008 prequel. I said that I was only tentatively making Attina one of my favorites (or something to that effect) so she is outta here.

From what I've read, she's next in line for the throne, and it looks like she's getting ready to lead. This is a favorite for now, although I might change my mind if I find out that the role model status of one of her sisters is better.
If you can, can you tell me about the personalities of Ariel's sisters?
