Looks pretty cool. I think it would have looked better if the entire lower body had been just the tail, like that of a Gorgon or Naga. It would make it more easily identifiable as a snake.Β His/her weapon looks like a Falchion. Seems to be specialised as a hacking weapon rather than a skewing weapon based on the tip heavy design. Armour looks pretty good, though I am curious as to what would a snake knight wear for head and neck protection, if they wear any at all?

Now that I think about it, there were snakes millions of years ago that had legs .
I suppose the challenge when it comes to armouring the tail of a Naga-style snake, is that snakes rely on their scales and muscle contractions for motion. Their ventral scales have the property of directional friction, and their muscles allow them to push their body into a concertina motion. When steel plates, leather, or cloth is covering the tail, the snake cannot efficiently move around.
One solution would be to put armour on his/her dorsal side, but leave much of the ventral side exposed. Proper positioning and movements would be needed to prevent the opponent from striking this opening, much like using a shield. If it is made from steel plate, the tail would have to be made up of segmented bands, like a Lorica Segmentata. Alternatively, one could manufacture a body glove made from a material with microscopic cuticles all facing one direction. The material would have to be thin, elastic, and form fitting to allow the muscles to do their work, and still be strong enough to resist a sword blade. However, this would probably be too complicated for medieval people to develop, and would fit more in line with a science fiction civilisation.
