!!!RASENSHURIKEN!!!You like? I think I learned a lot on this one. It's the first time I've tried doing dust/smoke clouds and that broken ground effect. The Rasenshuriken took ages too. I like how it all turned out, but I wonder if the broken ground looks too detailed next to chibi Naruto.

Love the work on this one, and the details on the rocks only makes the picture look that much better. The Rasenshuriken looks great too, probably my favorite part.
If I can remember, didn't you have some small dust clouds on your Hitomi picture?

Yeah I did have her kicking up a little bit of dust on my old Hitomi pic, and there was some in my Battle Chibi's Hinata pic too. But this is the first time I've tried drawing actual clouds of dust rather than just a few little wisps. It was actually quite tricky to get the right effect.

Absolutely AGES!!! It usually takes at least one evening to get things started (the basic pose etc.), then I spend the next several days chipping away at it whenever I find the time. This one took much longer than my other chibis because of the background and the unusual shape and angle of the Rasenshuriken.

Well if you look at the manga pages (I used a lot of references) you'll notice that it is bigger than him! I probably would have made it even bigger, but I ran out of room on the page. That's why the top of it is chopped off.

Well I may do Hitomi somewhere along the line, but I don't know how many people will want to see her (besides you). She gets a lot of hate mail. Of course that's only to be expected, considering her current attitude toward our hero.
