Emanuel-Reiner II Von Victor. Archduke of Haermark and King of Balmikorszag.
When he was young, at the age of 21, Emanuel-Reiner with a regiment of Balmiki hussars marched on Lockfeld to remove his brother, who was trying to assume absolute power within the League of Free States.

In the Duchy of Haermark he is considered a hero, if only because he overthrew the hegemonic attempt of his brother, who wanted to assume the crown, rather than the presidency, of the League.
He has two sons: Princes Rudolf Domin and Julian Hans and a daughter: Princess Agnild Katherine.

The mother of his children is dead and he now has a second wife, Princess Josefa Heidi of Zigen.

Emanuel-Reiner is a modest and quiet ruler, who prefers peace to war. However, the winds of war rising in the east, against Vorost, will soon force him to make a decision.
He knows that his army would most likely not be able to withstand the Vorost offensive and needs allies. The only one with potential is Reiten, but that may mean selling his soul to the Celestial Darkness.
