This is actually really awesome. My boyfriend is fantastic guitar and he finds tabs are easier to learn from. Have you been working with only chords?

Awww, yeah I also learn the guitar the hurting is really horrible, especially when playing!!X'D
Cannot say if it stops some day though, I don't really train it I rather play out of fun and because I just love playing a song from time to time, it fell great~=w=

I'm sure you'll build up some callouses soon enough. The real question is... how many dramatic guitar poses have you struck?

I got a guitar once too, and then I realized I had no way to learn how to play it, I tried using the introduction video but the instructions weren't very clear so my dick ended up getting caught in the ceiling fan.

Awesome! I got a guitar too but I never practice anymore cause I'd rather practice my art. Do you ever feel the conflict between practicing music or other skills?

Thank you! And to answer your question: Like someone better with words than I once said, I don't believe creativity is a finite pool that dries up. You can always get better at everything, and I do try to improve my illustrative/Photoshop/painting/etc. skills every day, but if I get burnt out on drawing or stumped on a comic idea, I can hop over to playing the guitar for twenty minutes - it's a nice, relaxing trade-off and it keeps my brain active! I don't watch much TV (and when I do, I'm usually drawing during it) or play hours of video games, so most of my day is taken up by art, art and more art. Having a break to focus on something else that's a creative skill is perfect for me!

Sounds like I need to quit video games and television.
