Terry McGinnis
Bruce Wayne now retired, a new batman must step up to be the dark night of neo-Gotham. Terry McGinnis, a bright, smartass 16 year old fills the role as the new Batman with Bruce as his mentor. Gotham is changing and so will Batman. The baddies are getting badder and technology is advancing incredibly fast. With new Wayne-tech technology and an integration of older aspects of suits, Batman has created a new Batsuit, outfitted with the latest 39th century technology.
Armor
Compared to Bruce’s previous body armors, this is the most resilient and versatile suit he has created. This is a heavily armored stealth suit with many features. The armor itself is a more resistant material than all the other iterations, offering it a higher resistance to fire, electricity, chemical, ballistics, blunt force, temperature, tear, and is now resistant to low levels of radiation. Suit is full body and is completely waterproof.
Additional features include heating and cooling systems throughout suit (to help with keeping user comfortable in extreme conditions), body heat can be absorbed to mask heat signature or or be used to heat up suit to extreme temperatures, GPS long range tracker as well as bio-monitors (keeps track of users BPM, body temperature, breathing, brain activity, etc. and relays all of this information to cave).
The suit’s main upgrade is a series of muscle fibers surrounding all main muscle groups, controlled by a synaptic relay processor on his spine to relay movements. Essentially power armor, the suit enhances the user's speed, reflexes, strength, and agility by a factor of 6. This allows the user to outmaneuver and subdue meta humans , genetically modified or cybernetically enhanced beings with ease. If batman is knocked unconscious, suit will enter emergency mode in which life support systems will attempt to resuscitate terry and auto pilot will begin in which main computer will take control of muscle fibers and propulsion unit to get batsuit back to cave
Several security measures exist such as a remote kill switch wired into the spine of the power armor to shut down all motor functions. Also the motherboard of the suit (located in the cowl) is extremely encrypted and will infect anything attempting to breach with a deadly computer virus.
Belt centerpiece
From belt, Terry can activate a series of devices including a short range EMP blast (which will also knock out some of his own circuitry), hypersonics, a cellular air jammer, full body no lethal electric shock and active camo (bends light around user, rendering the user nearly invisible to the naked eye but drains a lot of energy).
Cowl
All functions of the suit are activated via thought which can be very efficient or not, it ultimately depends on the users judgment. Much like the cowl in the VIII batsuit, this cowl keeps many of the same features such as binocular vision, forensic scanner, visual recorder/camera, eye protection (from chemicals, flashbangs, projectiles, etc.), and a HUD with biofeedback (lie detector, heartbeat, medical records via facial recognition). “Ears” can detect and record nearby audio, tap into radio frequencies, as well as offer ear protection (loud noises, concussions, pressure changes, etc.).
Upgrades include a microphone (to project voice), Full EMF spectrum vision (can now see x-ray, gamma radiation, and devices being used), and a built-in rebreather (now covers the whole face). Bruce repurposed one of the Wayne tech satellites to be Batman’s own satellite, granting him untraceable long range communication, tracking and navigation. Additionally Batman can remote pilot batmobile through thought from a long distance.
The onboard mainframe is controlled by the AI nicknamed Alfred. Alfred is directly linked to the batcomputer and the orbiting satellite, allowing it universal tracking, hacking capabilities, and access to any mainframe and file the bat computer has. Much like the actual Alfred, the AI offers tactical advice as well as personal advice from time to time. Additionally Alfred can aid in targeting, threat detection, and can translate any kind of data (languages, coding, etc.).
Multimunition gauntlet
Essentially replacing the grappling hook and lightening up the load of the utility belt, most of Batman Beyond’s armaments are located in his gauntlets. It can fire a high tensile strength net (can be shocked), bola (shock), a multipurpose device, darts (tipped with different chemicals for different situations), or shuriken. From the palm facing down side of his gauntlets he can fire up to 6 multipurpose batarangs as well as a strong grappling hook (end can be magnetized and cable can send electric current through it).
Gloves are reinforced, drastically increasing hand protection and punching power. Palms can be magnetized to adhere to certain surfaces. Fingers have retractable claws used for climbing or as an offensive weapon. On tip of fingers are several gadgets such as a high powered laser, short range taser, skeleton key (digital bypass for any door) and a chemical analyzer (dips fingers in whatever to analyze compounds, genetic makeup, DNA, etc.).
Boots and Flight
Another one of the big upgrades to the Batman Beyond suit is that it is capable of sustained flight thanks to propulsion units on soles of boots. To aid in flight, retractable wings come out of his armpits to aid in steering and gliding.
Soles of boots are completely anti puncture and shock absorbent. Bottom can be magnetized to adhere to certain surfaces. Sound dampening tech in boots makes Terry more sneaky.
External Gadgets- all gadget functions are controlled by thought which Alfred helps to manage. Containers for gadgets are magnetically sealed on waist
Smart batarangs- these batarangs are your standard batarangs used for slashing and cutting, armed with armor piercing, diamond blades. Smart batarangs also function as mini drones for reconnaissance. They are controlled by thought. Because they have mini propellers they also have aim assist, able to change direction to a certain target.
Multipurpose batarangs- multipurpose functions/ modes controlled by thought. Several modes include explosive, sonic, flashbang and shock. Normally carries 3
Magnetic cuffs-able to withstand tremendous force without breaking, magnetic clip
Smoke pellets- inbuilt chaff to crew up sensors with lead particles make super thick smoke
Multipurpose device- launchable sticky propellant which acts as a speaker, GPS tracker, and audio visual recorder
Sample bag- forensics bag for collecting samples
Fire retardant- tablets that release expanding foam on impact to smother fires
Smart bombs- sticky high explosive grenades, different settings such as remote detonated, proximity, pressure or timer
Gas grenades- releases tear gas in all directions, can be rolled into a room
Batman Beyond is based on comic books, tv shows, movies and videogames owned by DC comics. Inspiration for this concept came from Batman Beyond Tv show as well as batwing from the new 52.
