Aww, you made Hinata chan look so adorable
Hmm...since Advanced Critique is encouraged, there are just a few small problems; as some people might have mentioned before, her right eye somewhat too small; even in 3/4 view, the eye doesn't shrink that much. And her thigh is too long compared to the knee; and I think the shin should be more defined in the legs. Also, like Anireal said, the light source is slightly off with the shading
Anyway, apart from that, this pic is so cute, and I think you improved alot

Okay. Here we go! you asked for it! ^^ yes her left eye is a little small, but it adds to her cuteness! Her body is a little off balance. She looks like she might tip over. Move her body a little more to the left. Her leg should have a little more of a sharper bend, even though it's a chibi. You don't want her to appear too much like a rubber doll. The light source is coming from the upper right it looks like, so her clothing should be shaded that way. The shades should correspond with the light source. Even though she is a chibi, define her hands and fingers a little bit more. Defining things is what makes watchers understand your pic more. She is an adorable chibi though. ^^ I love her clothing and face. Very nice pic all in all. ^^
