Rex was shock that his brother, César was turning into EVO.
This....is...very hard to explain.
From 's art trade. At first she requested a scene from her fanfic, a story about César was turning into his EVO form [link] but it ended up being totally different.
The César's EVO form was looking at his brother like a curious animal. He was suppose to attack him, but when his hand touch the human's head... he felt like...this little human was precious but he couldn't remember....
...okay this is the result if I watched WAY too many episodes of Godzilla: The Series [link] (that show kick-ass anyway)
I enjoy drawing César's EVO form, it was mixture between chinese dragon and the werewolf evo from episode"Nightfalls"

Wow. I don't know the series or the characters at all, but this is...wow. I love the coloration of the picture, I love the shading, I love Rex's expression, and I really like how you drew this Cesar character. The design you conjured up for him is...wow.

Haha, that's certainly true. I took the liberty of looking at the original design - you got it pretty spot-on! And you're right, the legs were done very well. I really like how the fur turned out in the picture.

glad you like it. it's a very hard work and the coloring was fairly experimental. I wanted to do some furry colors for his fur...but I couldn't and have no time for it

Yeah, the machines was destroyed ._. but yeah in the fanfic, his EVO form was temporary, it was the episode "Nightfalls" where Cesar can turned into human form any time (probably during the day)

lol he's so different from other stereotype heroes, I mean he's the only cool hero that actually still plays in the bath tub 8D on top of all ever since his older brother arrives, he told us it has been discovered that he was a goofball to begin with. ("You used to wear underpants on your head and act that lucha moves on the movie")
