I honestly feel like this game is better with a friend. Have one guy on the gamepad shooting and the other monitoring the cameras.

... Both actually. Having someone moving the ship while you shoot is great. And having someone checking for robots in the cameras while you shoot is also useful. Funny how this game clearly made for solo play is better with a second player

Tecnically ... Slippy's UNCLE Grippy got his own game, and Slippy was just a guest star. He really is no more the star of StarFox: Guard than Krystal was the star of StarFox: Adventures, whom ALSO appeared on the Game Box with Actual Star of the Game (... and Slippy was on the cover of That game too. LOL.) Though, in Adventures, Krystal was at least Playable.
*And as others have already stated, Adventures was originally Dinosaur Planet, in which Krystal WAS the star, along side Sabre.*

If Krystal is the protagonist of StarFox Adventures then Toad is the one from Super Star Saga.

¿Deshacerse de algo que le incomoda o no le sirve más? ¿Buscar compensar alguna pérdida económica? ¿Presión de uno o más terceros? ¿Que Rare quiera a Krystal de vuelta para incluirla en su Killer Instinct por inventar algún otro ejemplo? Podría ser por una o varias razones, pero a mí lo que me llama más la atención es que realmente no hayan vuelto a incluir al personaje más allá de un mero trofeo en Smash Bros, lo cual tampoco es mucho.

No creo que ninguna compañia que tenga el dinero como para comprar a Krystal tenga el interes, no es una franquicia muy popular. Y no incluyeron al personaje en Zero, pues el juego se desarrolla antes de los eventos de Dinosaur Planet.

Tampoco lo creo muy probable, aunque considerando que en Killer Instinct están incluyendo personajes de la vieja Rare como Rash de Battletoads, podría haber una posibilidad sobretodo porque pareciera ser que Microsoft está buscando convertir el juego en su Smash Bros a juzgar por la inclusión del Inquisidor de Halo. Sé que es una conclusión un tanto apresurada, pero mientras los hechos no digan otra cosa, es un escenario posible.
Sobre que no hayan incluido a Krystal en Zero por basarse en Star Fox 64 me parece una excusa. Digo, si de verdad tenían el interés de rescatar al personaje, nada costaba hacer una referencia o easter egg más explícito al respecto o bien poner una escena post-créditos donde Krystal apareciera (cosa que de momento no se ha visto). Además estamos hablando de una suerte de reboot, tampoco tiene que seguir al pie de la letra lo que pasó en los juegos anteriores.

No esperaria a que suceda, El unico personaje de Rare que agregaron a KI es Rash, todos los otros son de otras compañias que pertenecen a Microsoft.

De momento, pero considerando que Microsoft no tiene tantas exclusivas como Nintendo o Sony, uno podría pensar que estén buscando compensar eso con personajes de Rare. Por otro lado, eso dependerá mucho de la recepción que tenga esta tercera temporada de KI y podría pasar hasta un año antes de lanzar la siguiente. De ahí que confiese que es algo apresurado teorizar sobre esto.
