A super cute thing I started a while back and just felt like finally finishing off. Took a while longer to colour than I thought and even did something more unusual with the shading in this one. But still it came out nicely!Original, uncensored version;

This is a charming little picture. All in all you did a great job with it.
The two ponies here are, first and foremost, pretty cute. Their expressions are great, especially the eyes, and no features are out-of-place. As dynamic as they are, the poses for each of them are solid. My only suggestions here would be to make their necks a bit longer (their heads seem to be placed on the front of their torso, especially Derpy's) and make the base and dock of Fluttershy's tail smaller (it looks odd in both versions). I like how Derpy's mane and tail are floating on the water though.
The background isn't too elaborate but does the job. The colors of the bushes are reasonable. I haven't seen the stripes on tree bark change direction in the way that does, but it looks alright. The reflections in the water are nice too. If anything, the colors of background might be a bit too light. I'd try to make the colors of the picture as a whole a bit more contrasting, or a bit less saturated on the ponies if you want a consistent washed-out feel.
It's quite a cute and relaxing image. As far as improvement, I'd play around with some of the things I mentioned in the future, though I'm honestly not sure if that critique applies universally. Nice job.
