I wanted to express a sense of wonder and discovery among other things - a deep appreciation for nature and a fascination with the world.
And if it's not apparent enough, the fawn is like this magical creature that gives life to the earth and makes stuff green wherever she walks. She's supposed to symbolize spring. Yup.
