well what are you concerned about making on the costume? Oh for the hat buy one of those sun hats cut off the brim and then glue the fabric on top. Easiest and best way to do it IMO

well, i know how im going to make the tunic, im basicly going to customize an oversized sweater, split the seems on the sides and add a few eyelets for lacing, but i dont know what im going to do for the shoulder pad on the belt(if you havent already geussed im talking about tp link.)and the arm bracer, i wonder if i can find a cheap one under 30 dollars...

well anything I'd suggest would be a lot more than 30 dollars. My Ocarina costume now has cost me over a 1000 dollars :/
