The Ohmu is one of my favourite monsters from any film ever.Not to mention I'm a huge Ghibli Otaku >.>
I went for extreme detail
This is just pencil on black construction paper coated with white pastel.
I'd just like to thank everyone at Studio Ghibli who created Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind. <3

Oh. I did realized it was from NAUSICAΓ after commenting. It is so amazingly drawn well NAUSICAΓ is one of my favorites. (I love both NaussicaΓ€ and Teto. Teto is so cute that he tops my favorite cute creatures from any Studio Ghibli.) Great job on the drawing. I can't wait for the pig god soon

thanks
rubbing the white pastel over the paper made it significantly easier to add details with pencil.
you don't have to break your wrist trying to get darker colors because even the lightest touch will make a nice mark ^^
