You are Polish, right? Have you ever heard of Sabaton? They've done a few tributes to the fighters of Poland.
In fact, I half expected this to be the song you would choose to link:
[link]

But yeah, it's things like this that give me infinite respect for the people of Poland. Being (practically a fraction) of Polish descent myself, last time one of my friends mentioned the Polish "lying down and taking it" during the Second World War, I made sure to set him straight.
"You ever hear of the battle of Wizna? Yeah, I don't think so." [link]

Yes, I heard bout Sabaton dozen times. Look at the reply to the first comment.

I've chosen Lao Che because they are Polish (which means that they get the realities of war in Poland better than anyone else) and they're using authentic old patriotic songs in lyrics. That album was a hit in Poland, even bigger than Sabaton. Heck, it still is. And I just don't really like Sabaton, sorry

Too bad they got stomped on by the Krauts. I also think it was sad that latter when the Russians were about to take the city the people stood up to fight for a free Poland. Then Stalin ordered his army to stop advancing so the Krauts could crush the resistance. Then the Russians continued their advance once a Free Poland was dead and gone. Everyone in Eastern Europe lost WW2 cuz they were controlled by the Soviets for almost another 50 years.

I know, I know, you don't have to explain that too me

Fun fact: Polish divisions of Soviet army WERE fighting in Warsaw Uprising. When Russians were waiting for crush of resistance, 1st Polish Army was supporting the uprising (more here, Berling's landings section [link] ) I'm mentioning that, because my great-grandfather was in 1st Polish Army, he also fought in Berlin

So far 4 of them (if we count Price of the Mile):
- Wehrmacht
- Rise of Evil
- Wolfpack (I like this one, I could say I like Kriegsmarine)
- Price of the Mile

But also, I'd like to mention about equal pieces of Poles:
- Aces in Exile
- Uprising
- 40:1
- Union? (I'm not sure about this one.)

Sabaton sings songs about soldies and not a country or a political party, and i have to say that not all germans in warsaw were bad i know what the kaminsky brigad did an i dont want to defend it what they have done war is bad and we really couls be happy that we dont have to figet in one, couse when i think now iam 25 years old and my grandfather was 25 when war was over but thats another story...

The pic is great but do like your Foxies more
