I think this page had less of an effect than I intended, prolly because I only showed Naruto sitting in silence for one page. Anyway, he's sitting in a dark corner of the hospital, waiting outside the door to Room 4 of the Intensive Care Ward. He's stirred from his thoughts by the click of the door opening, and rushing in is none other than Lady Tsunade, Shizune, and Sakura. Surprised, he just stares blankly up at them as they pass. Tsunade gives him a look that says "What did you do?", Shizune's just fraught with worry and concern, and Sakura is surprised to see him sitting there.

I had trouble deciding whether to do close-ups on the girls, like I did, and just head shots. Personally, I really love how Tsunade came out in Frame 1. She doesn't look exactly like in the manga, because I didn't use much reference for any pages after page 6 to save time, but I think she looks really pretty for some reason. Everything about her just came out looking good, which was strange to me after running into so many artist's blocks over the course of drawing this chapter.
